“The only thing to do with good advice
is to pass it on.
It is never of any use to oneself.”

Oscar Wilde

Do you struggle with an aspect of your health on a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis? Then we want to hear from you!

Your stories or tips, however small it may seem to you, could make all the difference to someone else.

So please, share with us!

It’s super easy. Just write your rough draft in the form below. Want to make sure your topic is appropriate before you go through the hassle? Or want to submit something that doesn’t fit into the form below? Just shoot me an email!

This can come in absolutely any media form you feel most comfortable with – vlog, blog, cartoon, etc. Let your own style guide you. Creativity is greatly encouraged!

Please write your email at the top of the form before your other text. I will not share or publish it, I just need to be able to contact you! I may want to revise something and want to make sure you approve of the changes I would make. I will not publish anything you have not expressly approved of.

Why do I have to edit it before it goes online?

1) I care about grammar and spelling. I was an English major at school, and every time you use the wrong your/you’re, a small part of me dies.

That being said, I’m not a stickler for proper “academic” grammar. As you can see. By my fragments. And sentences that end with a preposition. So feel free to write in the style you are most comfortable with.

2) I want to ensure that the tone of this site is positive and solution oriented. I don’t want this to turn into the death-and-despair gloom of the chronic illness message boards. They will send you into a deep depression spiral very quickly. Yes, this lifestyle can often be trying. But we are here to lift each other up, not bring each other down.

What do I write about?

Anything about your chronic illness! Browse the site to see the categories we currently offer and check out the wish list where people request topics to be discussed. But we’d love to hear absolutely anything you have to say that you feel would benefit others like yourself.

I understand that you have a busy life with a lot of stress – illness related or otherwise – so I greatly appreciate you taking the time to help others in our community.

Get cracking and write your brilliant thoughts!

Please complete the required fields.
